Q. Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A.

We don’t enforce a minimum order quantity for commission processing work, our customers can supply as little as 1kg for processing, however a minimum job price does apply.

Q. What times are you open for deliveries and collections?

A.

We are open for deliveries and collections between 7.00am and 4.30pm Monday – Thursday and from 7.00am until 12.00 noon on Fridays. We are not able to accept deliveries on weekends.

Q. Can you arrange shipping to my address?

A.

We have arrangements with several local carriers and one international logistics company. Alternatively you can arrange for your own carriers to collect from our premises.

Q. What are your standard invoice terms?

A.

Our standard terms are 30 days following the date of invoice.

Q. What types of payments do you accept?

A.

Payment is accepted by BAC’s transfer or cheque.

Q. Do you have a price list?

A.

We don’t operate a standard price list because a lot of what we do is bespoke. Prices vary based on quantities of yarn, yarn quality and the processes you require. Our prices are competitive.

Q. What type of packages do you use?

A.

We use both cones and cheeses in a variety of sizes.

Q. Can you wind my yarns onto smaller packages for me?

A.

Yes we can spilt large packages onto multiple smaller packages as well as wind several small packages onto a large package.

Q. How many ends of yarn can you put together?

A.

At current we can put up to 16 ends of yarn together of varying thickness.

Q. I'm trying to replicate a fabric can you define the twist?

A.

__Yes, we offer a designer advice service and will happily discuss your needs and undertake trials.

Q. Can you arrange to put my yarns onto ball or hank?

A.

Yes, we can arrange to have your yarn put onto ball or hank. You would need to provide the ball bands and any packaging.

Q. Can you pack my yarns into my boxes?

A.

Yes, you can supply your branded packaging and labels for us to use.
